Celebrated my aunty birthday at early June and we went for hi-tea buffet at Olive Tree Restaurant, located at Intercontinental Singapore. The reason why i chose this place was because i got to tried out some of their food during my M1 Blackberry ambassador briefing there last month.
Food was actually so so.. not really that much of variety to choose from, though they have some very special dishes in the buffet spread. examples like…
BAK KUT TEH!!! surprisingly good! peppery enough. I LIKE!
Chicken rice with roasted chicken and spicy vermicelli or they call it tung hoon.
Sushi~!
what they call this ah? if i’m not wrong its originated from thailand right? or is it a nyoya dish?
the thai fish cake taste good 😉
Cakes and pastries for the sweet tooth… like me!
Overall… at the price we are paying, i think it’s only average to me. Think it can be better with alot more varieties to choose from.
may i should visit DEAL.com.sg and see if there are any other great buffet deals for me to grab! I missed the one at MBS lor! WASTED~! :S
