Lavender Cottage is one of the coziest and relaxing little places that you can find in Taichung. There’s also an interesting story behind the birth of Lavender Cottage. Two herb-loving ladies who love to draw and record their life and emotions in music as they traveled, got tired after working for years in the cities. So, they decided to quit their jobs and start new lives as farmers! They bought a hill in a middle of nowhere and started growing lavender. Eventually, their dream of a hillside coffee shop surrounded by lavender was realized and thus, Lavender Cottage was born.
There’s also a little market selling lavender products, such as soap and bath power, are you can also buy and send a postcard to someone special here too!
