This is one extremely outdated entry and i’ve decided to blog about it first and share with you guys on my first fine dining experience while waiting for more images to come.
Had a great dining experience at Nazt Bistro Lounge, located along Club Street for our company chinese new year reunion dinner.
Totally loved the ambience of the restaurant and since the name was named as Nazt, you can find bird cages as part of the decoration in the restaurant~
looks like a great place to chill…

bread with olive oil and vinegar are served before our starters…
Oh! and my boss got everyone a glass of RED WINE! i dun really drink red wine la~ but i dunno why i still drank it that night and i got kinda drunk i think from what my colleague told me… MUAHAHA~

See what i’ve ordered! HOKKAIDO SCALLOPS!
poached scallops and mushrooms served in a rich cream sauce Provencal gratin
LOOK AT THE SCALLOPS!!! Yummeh! really very nice!!!
Pan Fried Salmon – salmon with polenta crust on bed of bacon spinach cream, baby carrots, parsnip mash and mango sauce
Baby Back Ribs – slow barbecued peppery baby back ribs
MY MAINS! Bacon Wrapped Chicken! Bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with seafood, mash potato and hand picked garden green, pan jus.
Duck Confit – slow cooked duck leg, parsnip mash & balsamic braised red cabbage
Yorkshire Pork – grilled yorkshire pork accompanied by homemade mash potatoes, seasonal vegetables and apple baked sauce
Additional sides – Sweet & Spicy Wings!
and ending off with our desserts!!!
Chocolate Brownie

Really a awesome and not cheap dinner for the night spent with my colleagues and boss 🙂
After dinner, we headed over to a mini pub nearby to chill and drink, at the same time for some KTV session 😉 Pictures for that will be uploaded again once i receive them…
