Herbal Soup Made Easy with Yang Sheng Le 养生乐

I’m a herbal soup lover and usually i loved the herbal soup that my aunt cooked! I know some of you out there dislike the herbal taste right? but do u know that herbal soup are actually very good for our health?

Different herbals used in the soup have different nutritional values in it. Examples of the most commonly used herbals are :

Dang Gui 当归

Cordyceps 冬蟲草

American Ginseng 花旗參

and i know its not easy to cook herbal soup as it very time consuming and for most people, especially those working adults, they will be dead beat after work and definitely wouldn’t want to spend time in the preparation of those herbs and time to for the soup.

BUT! now with the Yang Sheng Le 养生乐, everyone can have a bowl of pipping hot and nutritional herbal soup in a more convenient way!

Yang Sheng Le is a collaboration between Maggi & Eu Yan Sang (well known for their chinese herbs) and its :

  • All Natural
  • No Preservatives
  • No Added MSG
  • No Added Artificial Colouring/ Flavouring
  • Easily prepared in minutes

To enjoy the delicious goodness of herbal chicken soup, just dilute with water and bring to boil. Simple isn’t it?!

Received YANG SHENG LE Lingzhi Concentrated Herbal Soup from a friend and i’m gonna show you HOW simple and easy it is to prepare the soup!

YANG SHENG LE Lingzhi Concentrated Herbal Soup is made up of an optimal mix of 5 herbs: Lingzhi, Da Zao, Gou Qi, Fu Ling and Dang Shen that sustains you through a stressful day.

First, these are the ingredients needed :

600g of Chicken

Gou Qi, but actually u dun need to prepare this urself as it’s provided in the package 😉

yes.. just these 2 ingredients, or i would say one only and you are ready to cook your soup!

1 litre of water and wait for the water to boil before adding in the concentrate.

this is how it looks like 😉

after adding in the concentrate, stir well before adding in the Gou Qi…

followed by the chicken…

Simmer for 20 mins…

and your soup is ready to be served! 😀

Together with a bowl of fragrant white rice, perfect combination for a nutritional and well balanced meal! 😉

Tried it out with my aunties and mum and they all loved it! the soup taste really good and my aunt was kinda surprised that its not diluted at all!!

So, if you are tired of eating out but feeling lazy to whip up a meal at home, why not try this out? it’s really easy and i’m sure you will loved it 😉

Other than the YANG SHENG LE Lingzhi Concentrated Herbal Soup that i was given, there’s another 3 more different concentrated herbal soup for you to choose from!
