Leading a healthy lifestyle is something that I always wish to have and I’m glad that i’ve managed to do that, especially when i noticed myself losing more than 10 kg over the past one year.
Firstly, controlling your diet is important. Cutting down on sugary stuff and eat more fruits and vegetables helps 😉 It’s not that you can’t indulge in your favourite cakes and ice cream, just that you need to do control yourself from over eating. Other than controlling your diet, excercise is another important factor in helping you to keep a healthy lifestyle! I started visiting the gym since last year and i’m glad that i’m enjoying it thus far 😉
It’s not that you need to join a gym to stay healthy, it all depends on individual too. You can actually do simple weight lifting and exercises at home too. That’s what i did in the past before i got a gym pass, as well as now, whenever i’ve no time to visit the gym 😉 *ps : yes, i can multi-task too! hahaha~
Lately, other than gymming, i’m addicted to running as well! As i work around marina bay area, i will go for a jog around the marina bay area after work with my friend 😉 It’s good to run out sometimes as you get fresher air and nice scenery to see hahaha~
