If you still remembered my post on the taiwan fair at compass point a few weeks ago, you’ll know that i’ve bought quite alot of stuff from the fair, basically all FOOD! yeah~ ahaha
and finally, i’ve decided to cook my 肉燥面 last night for dinner 😉 i’ve tried the 炸酱面 in taiwan before and i simply love it ! so , this time round when i saw it selling in singapore, i told myself, it’s a MUST buy !!! but eventually i brought the 肉燥面 instead of the 炸酱面 as i’ve not tasted the 肉燥面 before.. instant noodles aka 泡面 is always my favourite ;D
1st, unpack the noodle.. (obviously -_-“) where you’ll get a pack of sauce paste, a pack of seasoning powder and the noodles.
next, put the noodles in a bowl, add on the sauce paste and seasoning powder.
now, you can pour in your boiling water / hot water, like wat you always do to your cup noodle and cover it with a plate or watever stuff u can find to cover it up.
and u wait
and wait
and wait
for 10 to 15 mins,
add in abit of pepper, if u like something spicy
and abit of ikan billis… …
TADA~! your 肉燥面 is ready !
it’s surprisingly tasty! although the soup looks kinda bland, but it’s really nice!!!! Yumm yumm 😀
