Have you ever wonder how much time was spent to clean up the cinema after each screening, so that you can enjoy your movie in a clean and comfortable environment? Accordingly to Golden Village, a total of 11,830 man hours are spent cleaning up 109,000 kg of trash in the cinema! That’s alot!
To create awareness and educate all cinema goers to be responsible, Golden Village launched a campaign to encourage cinema goers to properly dispose their trash in rubbish bins, instead of leaving them behind in their seats. Other than disposing your rubbish after movie, be responsible when you handle your food and drinks as well. One thing that I can’t stand people doing is to play with food, especially with popcorns! Imagine the popcorns that you’ve thrown or spilling your drinks, more time is needed for the cleaner to clean up the cinema before the next screening.
So, be responsible and Just Bin It by disposing your rubbish after your movie so to ensure that other people will enjoy their cinema viewing experience, just the way you would love to experience too 😉
