In celebration of Singapore’s Jubilee Anniversary, one of Singapore’s most iconic waterfront landmarks, The Fullerton Hotel Singapore, has lined up a nine-day tribute to the nation’s 50th birthday with a spectacular projection mapping that will see the hotel’s magnificent façade brought to life through the use of latest 3D animation and projection techniques. In a significant nod to The Fullerton Hotel’s previous role as Singapore’s General Post Office from 1928 to 1996, much of the visual masterpiece will incorporate colourful stamps that were circulated in Singapore during the last 50 years. Monochrome Fusion Bistro at Chinatown

Last month, after our tiring gym session, we’re so hungry and craving for some good food. Since we’re quite near Chinatown and I’ve seen quite a few good reviews and photos on Instagram about this place, I suggested to visit them for our late lunch, or I would say early dinner? :X It’s not that difficult to locate the place as it’s along the main road, just opposite the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple, beside Lomography store. love the interior where it fits nicely with the name of the restaurant. Most of the things you see are in the classic black and white colours. Looking serious selecting on what to have from the menu. :P In the end, we decided to go for the set meal which solve all the issue on what should we have since it covers almost all the best seller there :) Option to choose between coffee or tea, but unfortunately the coffee machine is not working that day, so we both got ourselves tea instead. Instead of having the B&W Chorizo …

Chir Chir 치르치르 Korean Fried Chicken at Somerset 313

I’ve heard quite a few of my friends telling me about this Chir Chir Chicken which serves yummy Korean Fried Chicken, and since there isn’t any queue when we arrived at 5pm, just before the long queue starts to form, we decided to give it a try. I wouldn’t say it’s a very spacious restaurant as most of the seats are quite closely packed. Probably they are trying to save more space for more customers. As it’s our first time there, we are not sure if the food portion is big and how much food we should order. So we decided to get a Salad and a Spicy Chicken to test test first. haha~ Mango Salad ($11.90) was served first. Personally we find the mango salad average and the only thing I like from the salad is the Mango. Not a must to have but good to have if you prefer something less heavy. Next the main! Spicy Wings! with Sweet Potato and Fried Toppoki ($28.90). This got to be our favourite. A combination of spicy and sweetness …
