As 2023 draws closer, celebrate the festive season, and create treasured memories alongside family and friends, with panoramic views across Marina Bay area as a backdrop.
Starting off with two new appetizers: Root Vegetable Consommé with Ricotta Dumplings, Sage and Black Winter Truffle ($18), or Burrata with Marinated Cherry Tomatoes, Pumpkin Seed Pesto and Oregano ($28).
The main dishes include succulent Turkey Breast served with Crushed Brussel Sprouts, Apricot Pork Stuffing, Candied Chestnuts and Armagnac Jus ($36), or Kabocha Pumpkin Agnolotti ($32) for those who enjoy meat-free dishes. Team these with ever-popular side dishes: Potato Hash with Crème Fraiche, Bottarga, Chive Gravy ($18) and Grilled Asparagus with “Sauce Choron” and Tomato Hollandaise ($18).
To finish, enjoy a festive sharing dessert for two: Apple Tart Tatin made withPink Lady Apples, Toffee Sauce and served with Vanilla Bean Ice-Cream ($28) or try the new Pistachio Semifreddo with “Kataifi” Raspberry, Honeycomb and Attiki Honey ($18).
