REVIEW: REVIVE’s Overnight Oats for a Nutritious and hassle-free Breakfast

SINGAPORE – Made in Singapore using 100% natural ingredients, REVIVE’s Overnight Oats provides the right amount of nutrients required to kick start your day. I’ve always wanted to try overnight oats, but the thought of having to get the individual ingredients separately held me back from starting. When I was introduced to the Overnight Oats from REVIVE, it blew my mind as it’s so convenient and easy to prepare!

Before I continue to share how easy it is to prepare, here’s a quick summary of what overnight oats is about. Overnight oats are basically a no-cook method of making porridge oats. Instead of cooking them over a stovetop, all you need to do is to soak the raw oats with milk and let them rest in the fridge for at least 2 to 4 hours, best if you soak it overnight. This soaking process will allow the oats to absorb the liquid and soften them enough to eat uncooked.

Oats are a whole grain food and are among the healthiest grains on earth. It helps to curb appetite, gives slow release energy throughout your day, low in Glycemic Index (GI), good for digestive health and packed with antioxidants. Oats also provide more soluble fiber and are rich in beta-glucan, which helps reduce high cholesterol and maintain blood sugar levels, and vitamin B1 to help the body to convert food into energy.

REVIVE’s Overnight Oats comes with extra protein from the organic soybean added, and sweetened with Lakanto. Lakanto is made with a blend of Monk fruit / Luo Han Guo extract and erythritol (a water-soluble compound that occurs naturally in many fruits and vegetables).

There are currently four different flavours to choose from and my personal favourite is Chocolate Banana! What can ever go wrong with chocolate right? Other than overnight oats, REVIVE also provide healthy snacks, such as granola, natural nut butters, and are available for purchase online at https://revivenutrition.com.sg

This was an invited review, though all opinions expressed are our own.
