N.E.mation 6! Top 100 Briefing Session

N.E.mation6! Ambassador Finalist

Attended the N.E.mation6! Top 100 briefing session last saturday, held at NYP (Nanyang Polytechnic) together with the rest of the ambassador finalists 😉 It’s a morning event at 10am and initially i though i would be early as there’s a direct bus down there from sengkang, but in the end, i took a cab down instead as i went for breakfast with my mum 😛

So when i reached there, the TOP 50 groups (the auditorium is too small to pack all 100 in so there’s 2 sessions) are seated in the auditorium and there’s speakers giving them useful tips for their upcoming presentation and animation.

that’s one of the well known speaker i guess, Chi Pin Lay giving her tips on how to make a great presentation. Quite interesting and i do learnt something from her presentation. 😉

She managed to give a more interesting presentation as she interacts more with all the students. Guess what are the students doing?

they are actually trying to throw a piece of crumpled paper into the boxes places at both side of the auditorium. The purpose of this is to inform the students that you need to have a aim in what you do so that you can follow you aim and achieve ur goal. something lidat, you know what i meant right? HAHA 😛

A short break in between whereby combat rations (YES you heard me right, COMBAT RATIONS, the food we army guys eat during outfield ) was issued to the students as the theme for this year N.E.mation6! is NS : From Fathers to Sons…

after the short break, everyone went back into the auditorium for more presentation skills…

and rounded up with a few teams giving a short presentation with the skills that they’ve learn from the workshop. and short ns experience sharing session by 4 nsf that is currently serving the nation.
