SINGAPORE – Usher in the Year of the Rabbit with a luxurious selection of Lunar New Year delights and prosperity prix-fixe menus from 3 January to 5 February 2023. Featuring only the most premium ingredients, indulge in chef’s signature creations including a 60-inch Yusheng and an extensive showcase of Chinese delicacies catered for families, friends and business partners.
60-INCH ‘PROSPERITY RABBIT’ YUSHENG
Upholding Man Fu Yuan’s tradition of welcoming the Lunar New Year with a 60-inch Yusheng, the ‘Prosperity Rabbit’ Yusheng ($588++) is shaped into the Chinese character ‘Rabbit’ (兔) and adorned with luxurious ingredients including mini abalone, lobster, sea urchin, ikura, dried shredded Hokkaido scallops, salmon and crispy fish skin completed with a refreshing honey pink guava dressing and shallot oil, symbolising new and sweet beginnings. A sweet twist to this bountiful creation are rice pops which would replace the traditional crispy crackers for a touch of crunchy sweetness.
PROSPERITY PRIX-FIXE MENUS AND SIGNATURE ALA CARTE DISHES
For a fuss-free menu catering to big groups, the five-course Blissfulness Prix-Fixe Menu priced at $798++ for five guests features a grand display of Man Fu Yuan’s signatures including the Abundance Treasure Pot, brimming with over 18 premium choice ingredients such as the six-head whole abalone, lobster, whole dried scallop, South Africa fish maw and dace fish ball. Conclude the meal with the all-time favourite – chilled cream of pink guava, pomelo and aloe vera.
Priced at $358++ per guest (minimum two to dine), the premium six-course Reunion Prix-Fixe Menu is one extravagant feast to please. Featuring top-notch quality ingredients, be blown away by the array of curated dishes including the premium seafood bisque with braised crab meat, pan-seared A5 wagyu beef in Mongolian sauce, braised South Africa three-head abalone with Japanese spiky sea cucumber and braised Chinese ramen with rock lobster, superior crab meat and crab roe sauce.
The celebration continues with perennial à la carte favourites, including premium roasts such as the Roasted Suckling Pig with Five Grain Glutinous Rice ($488++), Trio Roast platter ($68++) consisting of honey-glazed Duroc pork belly char siew; roasted Duroc pork belly and braised cord-fed ‘Yuen’ chicken in soya sauce and rose dew wine, as well as the Signature Smoked Duck with Long Jing Tea Leaves and Truffle Sauce Roast Platter ($108++, whole duck).
