Café Natsu, renowned for its warm ambiance and brunch classics, is delighted to announce the launch of its exciting new menus. Building on the success of their flagship store at Joo Chiat since May 2022, Café Natsu has taken this opportunity to elevate their offerings by blending timeless Japanese dishes with a local twist. Both the Joo Chiat outlet and the recently opened Café Natsu Orchard, which debuted in December 2022, will showcase these new menus, promising a heartwarming and comforting dining experience.

At Café Natsu Joo Chiat, guests can now enjoy delightful and filling lunch sets. The Wagyu Hamburg Bowl Set ($36) features a house-made Wagyu patty, while the Teishoku Set ($32) highlights seasonal fish. These sets are accompanied by appetizers and chestnut rice cooked with house-made dashi. The menu also offers updated signature classics, including the beloved Cold Somen ($16), featuring grilled saba, miso, jicama, shiso, and calamansi, served with a perfectly cooked egg yolk.

The Pork Katsu Sando ($26) presents a mouthwatering combination of crispy pork cutlet, tamanegi, lettuce, and doubanjiang, creating a harmonious blend of flavors in every bite. Patrons can also indulge in brand new dessert flavors, such as the Matcha Kakigori ($14) prepared with Uji Matcha, seasonal fruits, and Gula Melaka, offering a delightful balance of sweetness and freshness.

Café Natsu Orchard, the sister branch of Café Natsu Joo Chiat, invites guests to experience a condensed version of the Joo Chiat menu with an exclusive all-day breakfast concept. Indulge in the unique Eggs Benedict ($25), featuring 5-spiced pork belly, red pepper kinpira, poached eggs, and miso hollandaise. The Ham & Cheese ($19) offers a flavorful blend of Kurobuta shoulder ham, cheddar, gruyere, burrata, and nori, while the Umami Breakfast ($21) tantalizes with scrambled eggs, XO, mushroom ragu, and furikake, delivering an umami-packed breakfast that will leave guests craving for more.
