Award-winning all-day dining restaurant, Edge, reopens on 28 August with a brand-new dine-in experience for lunch and dinner from Fridays to Sundays. Dine with peace of mind with heightened precautionary measures implemented under our ‘Pan Pacific Cares’ programme.

Helmed by Chef de Cuisine Howard Leong, the a la carte buffet experience features more than 50 gourmet international delicacies – seafood on ice, sashimi platters, barbecued delights, freshly grilled seafood, homemade pastas, Indian delights, local favourites and a visual spectacle of desserts. Enjoy unlimited servings from the a la carte menu and have the dishes served to your table.

Indulge in a seafood extravaganza for dinner with an extensive variety of fresh seafood prepared in a variety of cooking methods to highlight the versatility and natural flavours of these ocean gems.
