Easter Afternoon Indulgence at Anti:dote
For the month of April, Anti:dote will present a beautifully decorated Easter edition of its acclaimed Afternoon Indulgence.
For $55++ per person, expect a beautiful assortment of savoury sandwiches like Poached King Crab with herb mayo and caviar; Smoked Salmon with beetroot, trout roe and verbana cress; as well as Burrata Cheese with tomato and homemade pesto in a tortilla wrap.
Available daily for two sessions – 12pm to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm – the spectacle of sweet and savoury treats made fresh from the kitchen will entral the senses.
Complete your Easter-themed afternoon tea with hot Cross Buns and Madagascan Vanilla Scones, served with lemon butter curb, Devonshire clotted Cream and Strawberry marmalade. Choose between two delectable amouse bouches – Kueh Pie Tee with abalone, turnip, dried scallop and king prawn; or a Morel with porcini and truffle enveloped in a crispy pastry at $68++.
