From 2 to 4 April, Prego will celebrate the Easter holiday with a convivial feast featuring authentic Italian classics lovingly handcrafted by Chef Mauro Sanna and his team. Enjoy food such as Grilled Octopus with cauliflower cream and butter purple purée, Lamb Fillets served with potato and pumpkin gnocchi, Parma Ham-crusted Baked Cod Fillet paired with spinach and a saffron sauce and more.
Priced $58++ per person, this menu is available for lunch between 11:30am to 2:30pm, and dinner between 5pm to 10:30pm. Kids can bring home a traditional Easter gift too!
Easter Afternoon Indulgence at Anti:dote
For the month of April, Anti:dote will present a beautifully decorated Easter edition of its acclaimed Afternoon Indulgence.
For $55++ per person, expect a beautiful assortment of savoury sandwiches like Poached King Crab with herb mayo and caviar; Smoked Salmon with beetroot, trout roe and verbana cress; as well as Burrata Cheese with tomato and homemade pesto in a tortilla wrap.
Available daily for two sessions – 12pm to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm – the spectacle of sweet and savoury treats made fresh from the kitchen will entral the senses.
Complete your Easter-themed afternoon tea with hot Cross Buns and Madagascan Vanilla Scones, served with lemon butter curb, Devonshire clotted Cream and Strawberry marmalade. Choose between two delectable amouse bouches – Kueh Pie Tee with abalone, turnip, dried scallop and king prawn; or a Morel with porcini and truffle enveloped in a crispy pastry at $68++.
Inclusive within the menu is an extensive collection of exquisite TWG tea blends and coffee options. Diners can also top up $75 for free flow Taittinger Brut or $90 for free flow Taittinger Rosé.
