Atrium’s glorious 44-metre long bar will be transformed into a gastronomic buffet line with live stations, featuring of all-you-can-eat English and Peranakan signatures, Easter-themed cupcakes, macarons and chocolate pralines. Guests can anticipate authentic well-loved Peranakan dishes including Nyonya Curry Chicken, Nyonya Laksa, Homemade Peranakan Pork Sausage with Achar, Freshly-wrapped Popiah and the hotel’s Signature Pandan and Gula Melaka Chiffon Cake.
Fans of quintessential English afternoon tea delicacies will be enthralled by the savoury specialties of Red Pepper Cream Cheese Quiche, Mini Wagyu Beef Sliders and Duck Rillettes with Date Purée on Crispy Curry Basket. An exquisite dessert repertoire, showcasing delicious creations of Chocolate Fudge Cake, Raspberry Pistachio Vanilla Waffle Basket, Strawberry Sakura Tart and Gluten-free Brownies, is also available.
The merry experience comes with two complimentary beverages of choice. Guests may select from two special cold brew teas – the Earl Grey infused with Orange, Cinnamon and Ginger as well as Spiced Cold Brew Coffee. Also available for enjoyment are freshly brewed coffee and a range of TWG teas.
