Revel in an extravagant Midnight in Venice masquerade party under the sapphire skies at Publico’s outdoor terrazza on New Year’s Eve, or reminisce the year’s success stories while making new year resolutions at the Rosé Recovery Brunch on New Year’s Day.

Publico Ristorante pays tribute to the romance of a bygone era with a Masquerade Countdown this New Year’s Eve. Come dressed in black or white, put on a mask, and dance to the eclectic beats by DJ Passion and DJ LazyBeatz. Sip endless Bellini, Pasqua Romeo & Juliet Prosecco, Peroni Beer and more from 9pm to 12am while savouring a mouth-watering selection of Publico’s best gourmet highlights featuring Truffle Arancini, Tartufata Pizza, and Mini Tiramisu from 9pm to 10pm. At the stroke of midnight, toast to the New Year with a glass from the spectacular champagne tower on display.

Rosé Recovery Brunch
Everything is coming up roses this New Year’s Day as Publico Ristorante plays host to a Rosé Recovery Brunch to welcome new beginnings with official beverage partner, Angra Wine & Spirit. Indulge in bottomless Italian tipples including Berlucchi ’61 Franciacorta Rosé, Cuvée des Princes Rosé, and Rosa del Golfo Rosata del Salento from 2pm to 5pm. Alternatively, the selection of premium rosé wines is also available by the glass or bottle. That’s not all; the centerpiece of the day is a juicy Italian Porchetta roasted live on a spit grill in the terrazza, available by the plate at $29++ each from 2pm to 8pm.
