Operated by Shinta Mani Hotel, AHA Restaurant & Bar is a fine dining restaurant located in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Serving amazing good food and excellent services, as well as being one of the air-conditioned restaurants in town, we had a great time dining there during our visit to Cambodia, enjoying the good as well as escaping from the heat.
Modern interior with funky lighting and a 30m wooden wave wall and floor to ceiling wine cellar, AHA is well known for its tapas style starters and extensive wine list. The menu also consists of a wide selection of Western, Khmer and fusion dishes to accommodate everyone’s taste.
If you are a Khmer food lover, be sure to order the beef skewers with green papaya pickles, deep fried chicken with coconut spring roll and the exotic green mango salad with shredded dried snake. Each tapas plate ranges between $5 to $9 per set.
There’s simply too much appetizers for us to try before our mains finally arrived. Choose between the local favourites such as the Chicken with Curry Paste and Pineapple or the Pan Roasted Pork Escalope. If you prefer a western dish, try the Australian Beef Sirloin with creamy potatoes.
Do remember to save some space for dessert! And if you are just looking for a relaxing night out accompanied by some drinks and soft music, AHA is the perfect place for you to escape from the crowds and noise of Pub Street.
