Roasted Masak Lemak Turkey
Inspired by the heritage origins of our local hawker favourites and the flavourful spices used in Malay cuisine, Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium introduced the Masak Lemak Turkey, marinated with lemongrass, tumeric powder, coconut cream and chilli paid to excuse the flavours of Asia. Every order is served with Sayur Lodeh, Nasi Goreng and Cashew Nut Sauce.
For the First time and Forever
Baked using a secret recipe from Executive Chef Chua Yew Hock of the Atrium Restuarant at Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, the all-time favourite Chocolate Banana Logcake is available for takeaway this year, so that everyone can have a slice of this classic favourite anytime they want.
From 19 Nov 2020, diners will be treated to a yuletide feast at Atrium Restaurant. Apart from perennial favourites such as Oysters, and Salmon Sashimi, expect Snow Crab, Turkey Ponteh, Christmas pudding and Tiramisu. The new creation, Roaster Masak Lemak Turkey and Chocolate Banana Log cake will also be available on selected dates at the Atrium Restaurant too!
Kids 5 years and below dine for free with every paying adult and Santa Claus will be making a special appearance on selected dates with a little gift.
