Specially curated by Executive Pasty Chef Desmond Lee of InterContinental Singapore, you will get to enjoy blissful flavours of fall such as the Salted Caramel Cream with Pecan Maple Frangipane (our favourite!), as well as other sweet treats such as Fig Raspberry Marmalade with Rose Pastry Cream Choux Pastry and Poached Williams Pear Compote, Lime Verbena Foam with Pear Ginger Mousse.
Free flow of ice cream and uniquely crafted Spiced Maple Oat Scones (another one of our favourites) are complemented with two beverages of fine loose-tea leaf or coffee to perfectly capture the warm and toasty flavours of autumn. You can also top up for a flute of Taittinger Brut Champagne, Copenhagen Sparkling Tea (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) or Heritage TWG-Infused Cocktail, perfect for an indulgent afternoon.
