Tulipmania, an annual highlight at Gardens by the Bay is back with it’s fifth edition, drawing inspiration from one of the Netherlands’ most celebrated artists, Vincent Van Gogh!
The well-loved tulip festival has transformed the Flower Dome into a floral art gallery with two of Van Gogh’s masterpieces – his self-portrait and The Starry Night – recreated with tulips and hyacinths. Get ready to admire these beautiful blooms in a palette of colours inspired by Van Gogh’s many artworks which features over 30,000 tulips and hyacinths, comprising some 90 different varieties, from the Netherlands.
One of the highlight in the display this year is the Darwin hybrid tulips which comes in a vibrant and large cup-shaped blooms. Visitors can also join the complimentary guided tours to find out more facts and anecdotes about the display, and local senior citizens can enjoy 50% on their admission tickets to the conservatories during this period.
