From April 2016, diners can look forward to a whole new Sunday Brunch at Oscar’s, as well as a minor facelift including a new logo.
Diners can expect to supercharge their Sunday afternoon and indulge in an extended spread of the freshest seafood and oysters at the seafood bar, premium roast “London Duck” and suckling pig at the carving station, catch chefs at work at live cooking stations, selection of international favourites featuring specially created crab recipes by top Chefs, new desserts decadence; while balancing off all that indulgence at the new 4 metre-long salad bar.
Seafood lovers is in for a treat with freshly shucked oysters from France, Ireland and Canada, Snow crab legs, Boston lobsters, Slipper lobsters, Cherrystone clams, Sea prawns, and Chilean half shell scallops, not forgetting the all time favourite fresh sashimi which includes Tuna, Salmon, Swordfish, Snapper, Hamachi, and Ika.
Enjoy freshly cooked organic pasta as well as organic eggs and tuck into all-time local favourites such as Oscar’s Laksa, slow-cooked Beef Cheek Noodles, Slipper Lobster Noodle with pork ribs and Bak Chor Mee!
An all new 4 metre-long salad bar featuring over 30 toppings including organic chia seeds, Montmorency cherries and red raisins, gluten-free mung bean chips and Arame wild seaweed.
Diners can opt to top up S$20++ to finish their buffet with bottomless rounds of sparkling wine, house wines and selected cocktails; or S$60++ to supercharge their Sundays at the new Oscar’s Brunch with free-flowing Laurent-Perrier Brut, NV Champagne, house wines and selected cocktails.
The Conrad Centennial Singapore Supercharged Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday, starting on April 3, 2016, from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, at Oscar’s Restaurant, located on the lobby level.
