The Singapore Dance Delight VOL.02 IS BACK!
Was invited to cover this awesome event happening at *SCAPE last saturday and i was extremely impressed with every single contestants that took part in the competition! THEY ARE REALLY GREAT IN THEIR MOVES!

Sad to say that when we arrived, it was drizzling and the crew actually needa make sure that the stage is dry so as to prevent the dancers from falling…
Despite the drizzle, the crowds can’t wait for the competition to start soon!

As the rain switched from a drizzle to a heavy one, they’ve decided to shift it indoor instead…
When the rain stopped after the first 20 teams completed their performance, we shifted back to the outdoor and look at the crowd! that’s ALOT CAN!!

After attending this event, i seriously have this urge to go and pick up dancing lesson lor. SO FUN RIGHT?! and how i wished i can join the winning team representing singapore on a trip to OSAKA JAPAN for the 18th Dance Delight competition too! hahaha 😀

The Finals will be held at Wave House Sentosa, 36 Siloso Beach Walk, Sentosa Island on March 12, 2011 at 7pm. Only one team will win the coveted chance to compete in Japan. Admission to the finals is by ticket only. Tickets can be purchased from O School (Tel: 6509 0016) at $20 (till March 8, 2011) or $25 (from March 9, 2011 onwards).
It is exciting to see this happen now said Kenny Low founder of O School.. Old or new school hip hop break dancing popping-locking soul punking just to name a few styles the participants are free to express their personal style without restrictions in the genres. 17 in Osaka Japan this coming August..City News catches up with three dance groups and uncovers their reasons for joining the competition . It is inspiring to join this competition as we know it is held for the first time in Singapore.
