Look out for the locally inspired Pandan Panna Cotta with Gula Melaka Jello; lovely Mini Pink Red Velvet Cupcakes; Coffee Chiffon Cake for the coffee fanatics; a perfectly flavourful blend of Salted Caramel Tartlet with Fresh Lemon Jam; luscious Manjari Chocolate Ganache; and Gluten-free Dark Chocolate Walnut Brownie for the health-conscious.
Experience a multi-sensorial culinary journey at the live stations featuring other daily lunch signatures such as Seafood on Ice, Sushi and Sashimi, Asian and Western Roasts including Chinese Roast Pork and Duck; Asian delights such as Satay, Laksa and Curries; as well as a la minute Pasta and Pizza.

For those with a penchant for oriental delicacies, visit Hai Tien Lo for an exquisite six-course set menu specially crafted by Executive Chef Lai Tong Ping to honour all Administrative Professionals.
Relish in the nutritious Double-boiled Chicken Soup with Sea Conch, Dried Scallops and Cordyceps Flower to nourish the mind and body, before savouring the Chef’s specialty of Braised Classic Whole Abalone with Goose Web and Bean Curd.
Other culinary highlights of this menu include Baked Sea Perch with Bean Crumbs in Barbecued Honey-glazed Sauce, and Wok-fried Rice with Honey-glazed Pork, Preserved Vegetables, Egg White and Sakura Shrimps.
Conclude the delightful meal with a refreshing dessert of Chilled Double-boiled Pear with Imperial Swiftlet’s Nest and Ginseng.
