Using the purest water from the Ojiro River in the Yamanashi Prefecture, Shichiken Brewery employs a traditional sake brewing process combined with a unique fermentation technique that has been handed down for generations. Guests may savour the finest sakes that perfectly complement the exquisite six-course Kaiseki menu designed by our team of dedicated Chefs.
