In celebration of Singapore’s 53rd Birthday, Four Points by Sheraton Singapore, Riverview is rolling out a special Streets of Singapore Buffet promotion at its all-day dining restaurant, Four Points Eatery from now till 30 September 2018.
Created by Executive Chef Lewis Tay and his team, they will expertly orchestrate a local buffet spread every day during lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch with a myriad of selected favourite hawker signatures with some tweaks to satisfy any, and all cravings.
Some of the dishes to look out for includes, Fried Hokkien Mee, Char Kway Teow, Babi Sio, Assam Pedas, BBQ Sambal Stingray and Sotong, as well as desserts such as Mango Glutinous Rice and Yam Paste with Ginko Nuts.
Other popular local dishes will also be available and they include the Singapore Chilli Crab, Roti Prate, Rojak, Laksa, Chicken Rice and more. One of our favourite for the evening got to be the Soy Chicken and Roast Meat from the Chicken Rice Stall!
Not forgetting to pair your food with a bottle of Tall Tale Pale Ale too!
