This Lunar New Year, indulge in a lavish seven-course Chinese New Year menu specially crafted by Chef Hidemasa Yamamoto of famed Japanese restaurant, Hide Yamamoto, located at Marina Bay Sands. In his latest epicurean offering, Chef Yamamoto creatively interprets the use of “auspicious” ingredients favoured during the festive occasion to create a tantalising menu that showcases his expertise in infusing European and Japanese culinary influences.
The pride of Hide Yamamoto is its seafood, air-flown twice a week from Tokyo’s famed Tsukiji market, as well as sourced from all over the world.
Presented in this menu are seafood dishes such as the Combination of Seasonal Chinmi and Premium Sashimi and Chef Yamamoto’s signature Chawanmushi Truffle Egg Flan with Sea Urchin and Snow Crab. Flavourful notes of truffle shine alongside the sweet taste of sea urchin and snow crab, making the egg flan a delectable dish.
