SINGAPORE – Din Tai Fung, an internationally renowned Taiwanese restaurant commemorates the Dragon Boat Festival this year with its greatly missed signature Red Bean Rice Dumpling 豆沙粽. This specially air-flown traditional dish from Taiwan with limited servings available daily is a must-have for the Dragon Boat Festival. Din Tai Fung fans who have been eagerly awaiting the return of these sumptuous delights can finally rejoice this May!

Available island-wide from 20 May to 3 June 2022 for takeaways only, while servings last Meticulously handmade with top-grade pearl glutinous rice, finely mashed red bean is nestled in each dumpling, lending a subtle hint of sweetness to this traditional delicacy. Each dumpling is then skilfully wrapped with aromatic bamboo leaves in a unique pillow-shape which allows it to be evenly steamed. Boasting a soft and chewy texture, each bite promises the perfect balance with just the right ratio of rice to red bean filling.
