It couldn’t be more fitting to celebrate Chinese New Year at Golden Peony, where the menu features a series of auspicious dishes.
Guests can look forward to Chef Ku’s fine craftsmanship which showcases meticulous preparation of dishes including Lobster Baked with Custard and Mozzarella Cheese, Roasted Suckling Pig stuffed with Stewed Pork Belly, Preserved Vegetable and Hakka Salted Chicken Roulade as well as Water Bamboo Shoot with Poached Parma Ham and Pumpkin Broth.
Chef Ku has also curated a variety of set menus starting from S$148 per person.

Chinese New Year Celebration is not complete without a Lo Hei. Golden Peony’s rendition of the Yu Sheng features a medley of ingredients including Snow Crab, Tiger Prawns as well as plenty of fresh vegetables and pickles ready to be tossed into a vibrant mixture.
