Was invited for a food tasting session last wednesday (yes i know im kinda slow but bear with me as i’m kinda busy recently 😛 though i managed to escape for a short trip to bali ;P)
Chiso Zan Mai buffet restaurant originated from Osaka and they are opening it’s first restuarant outside of Japan here in Singapore! 😀
There’s a WIDE variety of over 100 seasonal Japanese selection, split into 4 sections – Sushi and Sashimi, Cold Section, Hot Section, and Desserts, whereby diners at Chiso Zanmai will definitely be spoilt for choice.
The fresh sashimi and seafood and specially-flown in from South Asia, Australia and North America…
Other than serving authentic Japanese cuisine, there’s also specially-created dishes like steamed seabass with chilli sauce, claypot oyster with vegetables and braised mackerel with miso sauce.

Desserts is a must for me! Do remember to try It’s signature creme brulee, Matcha “green tea” tiramisu and Panacotta ~
So~ are you thinking that it’s gonna be an expensive buffet? Nope! it’s not! Surprisingly it’s quite cheap leh~
