Begin your meal with bite-sized Duck Liver Pate, a serving of sourdough bread layered with berries spice compote, before moving onto a choice of Gin’s Prawn Salad, a hearty mix of devil’s prawn, avocado, ruby grapefruit and crispy brussel sprouts, or Nanny’s Pumpkin Soup, featuring a thick confit pumpkin soup topped with créme fraîche and spiced biscotti.
Take your pick from a wide variety of mains including Beef Wellington, a tender filet mignon in buttery puff pastry paired with truffle mashed potato and port wine sauce, or Le Chou-fleur De Wellington, a delicious cauliflower wellington paired with crispy brussel sprout, drizzled with vegetables demi-glace. Alternatively, opt for the classic Roast Turkey, featuring golden brown turkey with chestnut stuffing, Thai asparagus, turkey gravy and berries compote, or the Salt Crust Branzino, a lightly salted European Sea Bass paired with arugula salad, orange marmalade, cannellini & porchetta stew.
