SINGAPORE – Food has always been a hallmark of the Singapore identity and many Singaporeans would agree that dining is not simply a social activity but a national passion. In celebration of Singapore’s 57th birthday on 9 August 2022, Racines will be hosting a semi-buffet brunch to pay tribute to the city’s vibrant culinary scene.
Crafted by the hotel’s resident culinary maestro, Executive Chef Eric Seow, guests can revel in a sumptuous medley of local delights that will take them on the ultimate epicurean adventure. Expect classics including Pork Satay (Tumeric Pork Jowls on Skewers), Kong Bak Bao (Braised Pork Belly on Steamed Bun), and Chilli King Prawns, in addition to unconventional creations such as Curry Capellini with Clams and Onsen Tamago, as well as Plant-based Otah with Quinoa and Smoked Eggplant.
Complementing the main courses are unlimited servings of appetisers and desserts. Kick off the feast with Rojak, Popiah, Laksa Salmon Gravlax, and round off the meal on a sweet note with Pandan Kaya Cake, Soya Milk Pudding, and Ondeh-ondeh.
