Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning Cantonese restaurant Hai Tien Lo presents a six-course set menu available for takeaway to celebrate the Man of the House with our guests. The Loving Father’s Menu 孝順宴 (SGD256 for two persons) is masterfully curated by Executive Chef Ben Zeng showcasing robust tasting dishes, where homely flavours are gloriously elevated with luxurious accents.
Diners can look forward to the nourishing herbal Double-boiled Sea Cucumber Soup with Black Bean and Chinese Herbs 杜仲黑豆海参汤 as well as the mouth-watering Poached Wagyu Beef accompanied by Asparagus in Superior Soya Sauce 海天楼灼和牛伴芦笋 perfect for the meat-lovers. Other highlight includes Deep-fried Pomfret with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetables 菜脯肉碎昌鱼柳 which is prepared with sweet-
salty preserved radishes,also known as ‘Chye Poh’, commonly used in classic Chinese omelettes and offering a comforting taste of home.
Available for pre-order at ppsinshop.com from now until 20 June 2021 for collection or delivery between 14 to 20 June 2021. Self-collection and complimentary delivery are available from 11:30am to 9:30pm, with self-collection at Pacific Marketplace on level one.
