Grghz… was soo sooo sooooooo Busy today..
started work from 7.45am all the way till 7pm~ wooo. shiok right?
got so much stuff to follow up on, to type and to write..
lots of emails to send too..
as the financial year is closing, that’s why we’re all so busy making sure that all works order are done and paid..
was so tired lor..
btw, someone popped by camp this evening.. its my DYS4.. haha.. was so glad to see him back him camp.. haha..
he was back to let my S4 sign some documents.. as he’s on a 1 month Logistic Officer course..
left camp at ard 7+ and went for dinner with my mum at rivervale mall..
bought some stuff back for tomorrow breakfast and lunch..
we put brown rice, cabbage, pork ribs, mushrooms and red dates into a big pot and use the slow cooker to stew it.. and tomorrow morning, we’ll have a delicious breakfast.. will be bringing bento to camp for lunch as well. hehe.. can save money too..
actually camp food make us real fat lo.. it’s ok for pple that are training all day as they need lots of energy and the food the camp provide cater to their criteria.. but for us, people in the hq, doing office work, don’t really require all those starchy and carbohydrate food.. soo they’re all stored in out body, converted into FATS!!!
haha.. and since i’m on diet, so bringing food to camp would be better.. and brown rice is good for health as well.. its much much better than eating rice and it can helps in slimming as well. hehe..
