ASUS announced the launch of ProArt™ PA27AC, the world’s first 27-inch HDR400 professional monitor with Thunderbolt™ 3. It features a 27-inch WQHD IPS display with a frameless design, and it delivers 100% of the sRGB color gamut, up to 400cd/m 2 of brightness and HDR10 for extremely lifelike viewing experiences. ProArt PA27AC also features advanced calibration technology that includes a 14-bit lookup table for color accuracy and 5 x 5 grid uniformity testing. Pre-calibrated to ensure color accuracy (∆E < 2), ProArt PA27AC is ideal for graphic designers, photographers, or anyone who appreciates exceptional color accuracy.
Covering 100% of the sRGB color gamut, ProArt PA27AC offers 8-bit color graphics to display more than 16.7 million colors, creating richer and more lifelike results. It uses a 14-bit internal lookup table and supports Gamma values of 2.6, 2.4, 2.2, 2.0 and 1.8 to deliver natural-looking images, and smoother transitions between hues.
ProArt PA27AC features up to 400cd/m 2 of brightness and HDR10 high-dynamic- range technology for brighter whites and darker blacks, resulting in an unparalleled viewing experience. HDR monitors offer a wider color spectrum than traditional monitors, with a luminance range that comes closer to what the human eye is capable of perceiving.
For unrivaled expandability and versatile, ultrafast connections, ProArt PA27AC offers two Thunderbolt 3 ports for data transfer speeds of up to 40Gbps, DisplayPort and USB 3.1 with Power Delivery for providing up to 45W of power to external devices.
