Artemis Introduces Specially Curated Menus for the Festive Season

Artemis Grill, a sky-high dining concept in Singapore offering Mediterranean-inspired flavours, introduces a brand-new Christmas and New Year’s Eve menu with tantalising new ingredients and flavours to match.

Holiday Festivities

True to its reputation for unforgettable dining experiences, Artemis is offering diners new dishes for the festive season. For the month of December, British Executive Chef Oliver Hyde has created festive specials such as grilled whole turbot with sauce vierge, crushed potatoes and basil, or Iberico Pork ‘Secreto’ served with cauliflower puree, marinated prunes and smoked shallots.

Top off your meal with desserts such as the sinfully indulgent traditional Mont Blanc, made with chestnut, pumpkin cremeuax and milk chocolate – available throughout the month of December.

In addition to a la carte dining, these festive dishes are available for your event bookings and special occasion parties. With the beautifully decorated tables (only on 24 December) and a breathtaking view, Christmas at Artemis is one joyous occasion you wouldn’t want to miss.

New Year’s Eve Celebrations

For New Year’s Eve Artemis is offering two seating options, an early seating (from 5.30pm to 6.30pm) with a four-course special menu with plentiful options for $148++ per person, while the later 8.30pm seating includes a cocktail or champagne at $188++ per person.

Sharing dish choices include 1.1kg Bone-In Rib Eye “Cote de Beouf” with chimichurri and violet mustard or the 400gr grilled whole Turbot served with sauce veirge, crushed potatoes and basil – both are Chef Hyde’s absolute must-tries on the menu and are available for both seatings.

Alternatively, tuck into a single portion of Artemis Grill’s classic Iberico Pork ‘Secreto’ with cauliflower purée, marinated prunes and smoked onions, or vegetarian guests can opt for the slow roasted pumpkin that’s accompanied by seaweed & miso dressing, quince, hibiscus and caramelized pecans.

Side dishes of crushed ratte potatoes and Sicilian tomatoes with harissa dressing and avocado mousse are included for both seatings. Serving as a sweet finish is the Christmas Mont Blanc – or caramelised lemon tart if you fancy something less traditional.

For Christmas gift ideas, dining vouchers are also available for customisable amounts too.
