As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, food enthusiasts and families in Singapore are in for a treat at the Atrium Restaurant, located in the Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. From 28 February to 30 March 2025, the halal-certified restaurant will host a special Ramadan buffet that promises to take diners on a culinary journey through Singapore’s rich heritage, offering a mix of traditional favourites and international delights.
A Culinary Journey Through Nostalgic Singapura
Formerly known as the Melting Pot Café, Atrium Restaurant has been a beloved dining destination since its rebranding in the early 2000s. With its halal certification obtained in 2019, the restaurant has continued to impress guests with its themed Ramadan buffets, ranging from Korean delicacies to Kampung-style dishes. This year, the restaurant is bringing back cherished flavours that celebrate Singapore’s culinary heritage, alongside a selection of international favourites.

A Taste of Home & Heritage
The 2025 Ramadan buffet at Atrium Restaurant features a mouth-watering array of dishes that pay homage to Singapore’s multicultural tapestry. Highlights include:
- Wagyu Beef Cheeks Rendang: Slow-cooked to perfection, this dish is a must-try for rendang lovers.
- Chempedak Masak Lemak: Jackfruit simmered in a rich coconut milk gravy with aromatic spices.
- Ayam Masak Merah: Tender chicken cooked in a flavourful tomato and chili sauce.
- Sambal Goreng: A spicy stir-fried dish that packs a punch.
- Udang Lemak Nenas: Peranakan-style prawns in a tangy pineapple coconut gravy.
For those who enjoy comfort food with a twist, the buffet also introduces a loaded nachos station, perfect for chip lovers!

Seafood Indulgence & Live Stations
Seafood lovers will be delighted by the seafood on ice station, which boasts a lavish selection of Boston lobster, fresh oysters, baby abalone, and blue mussels, alongside assorted sushi and maki rolls.
At the chef’s carving station, diners can savour the grandeur of a 13-spice roasted whole baby lamb and a giant lamb kebab, both juicy and packed with flavour. The Ramadan BBQ station is another crowd-pleaser, featuring smoking delights like otah-otah, honey chicken wings, and grilled squid. On weekends, guests can indulge in grilled lobsters for an extra touch of luxury.
The live cooking stations bring the vibrant flavours of Singapore to life, offering freshly made prata, signature Hainanese chicken rice, and a hearty bowl of Singapore laksa.
