From 28 February to 30 March 2025, the halal-certified restaurant will host a special Ramadan buffet that promises to take diners on a culinary journey through Singapore’s rich heritage, offering a mix of traditional favourites and international delights.

- Wagyu Beef Cheeks Rendang: Slow-cooked to perfection, this dish is a must-try for rendang lovers.
- Chempedak Masak Lemak: Jackfruit simmered in a rich coconut milk gravy with aromatic spices.
- Ayam Masak Merah: Tender chicken cooked in a flavourful tomato and chili sauce.
- Sambal Goreng: A spicy stir-fried dish that packs a punch.

The Ramadan BBQ station is another crowd-pleaser, featuring smoking delights like otah-otah, honey chicken wings, and grilled squid. On weekends, guests can indulge in grilled lobsters for an extra touch of luxury.
The live cooking stations bring the vibrant flavours of Singapore to life, offering freshly made prata, signature Hainanese chicken rice, and a hearty bowl of Singapore laksa.

Indulge in pisang & chempedak goreng (crispy banana and jackfruit fritters), pengat pisang (warm banana in coconut milk), and ice kacang with durian paste.
