SINGAPORE – This festive season, Capitol Singapore and CHIJMES invite visitors to experience a magical holiday atmosphere from November 15 to December 25, 2024. These iconic destinations will be transformed into enchanting wonderlands, featuring bustling Christmas markets, live performances, and delightful snowfall experiences.
At Capitol Singapore, guests can explore a European-inspired Christmas market offering unique gifts and festive treats. Highlights include the Capitol Singapore Singing Tree, showcasing heartwarming performances by Voices of Singapore and other carollers. Additionally, the Ecuadorian ensemble SISAY will perform traditional Andean music, adding to the festive spirit.
CHIJMES will host captivating light projection shows and a life-sized advent calendar revealing exclusive festive deals throughout December. A specially curated pop-up market will provide an array of thoughtful gifts, while live performances will include a unique Christmas song-signing event interpreted through Singapore Sign Language.
Both venues will feature nightly snowfall from 7 PM to 10 PM, creating a whimsical winter experience. Visitors can also participate in a spend-and-redeem giveaway for Peanuts or Sanrio Collection blind boxes with qualifying purchases.
Special events include the Symphony 924 Café Concert on December 14, classical music performances by young talents, and roving bands performing Christmas classics at both locations. CHIJMES will also host caroling sessions by Covenant Evangelical Free Church to support local charities.
