One of the main objective or the places that i wanted to visit for this Penang trip of mine was the infamous Street Art located around Georgetown 😉
All these beautifully executed wall paints and murals at selected streets of George Town, Penang was by this young Lithuania-born artist, Ernest Zacharevic.

Loved this shop. you can find almost anything retro and vintage here! do you remember seeing these ?

are you looking at what i’m looking too?
After walking around hunting for the different murals, we came across this eatery that seems to be quite well known. So we decided to get some muchies and drinks before we continue with our hunt.
We made a wise choice as the pastries taste DAMN GOOD! we even da bao a few boxes back to singapore lor! really you guys should go try it if you are there 😉
aaa.. bello~ too LOUD!!!
aww~ MINIONS, i LOVE you so MUCH!
Hey! ah boy ah~ you need help?
Fyi, you can actually rent a bike there and cycle around to the various spots where the murals can be found. It’s not expensive renting a bicycle and they will provide you with a map with the exact locations of where the murals are. It’s quite fun actually, like treasure hunting 🙂
Just before we left the place, we ordered rojak from the hawker centre there. Slightly different from sg as they uses quite alot of fruits in their rojak 😉
If you are heading to Penang soon, this “Street Art of George Town, Penang” map is helpful:
