Located at the ground level of Hotel G is the gorgeously designed 25 Degree Burgers And Liquor Bar. Taking a moment to absorb the well thought interior design, the place showcases a sophisticated chic dark theme complimented with touches of red. 25 Degrees give a very comfortable feel that is welcoming which is perfect for impressing your date or having a gathering with friends.
The first thing that would strike you about the menu is the value for money items, a good meal here will not break the bank. 25 Degrees also offer deals such as the lunch specials available Monday-Friday from 11am to 3pm at 12SGD for a signature burger and French fries.
The star of the night was the Cheesy Mac Attack(18SGD++) which is a gastronomical delight for Mac and Cheese lovers! Instead of traditional buns, Mac and Cheese is encapsulated into a crispy crust. The crust provides a nice crunch while the cheesy pasta satisfies.
The succulent ground sirloin patty was juicy and the flamed kissed beef shined, the burger is also stacked with flavorful bacon, topped with a hearty serving of caramelized onions, and drizzled generously with cheddar cheese and arugula. The burger portion is huge and is perfect for sharing between two ladies, you should also grab more napkins as you dive into the messy goodness.
True to authentic American comfort food 25 Degrees also offer milkshakes! The sugary delights — marshmallow, vanilla, chocolate and strawberry are 10SGD each.
We also got to try the Yellowfin Tuna burger(14SGD) served with butter lettuce, crispy fried onions and glazed with a spicy Aioli. The tuna was moist, well seasoned and the spicy Aioli gave it a nice kick.
To finish, we got the warm melt chocolate cake(14SGD) which was rich, creamy and a nice finish to a savoury meal.
In closing 25 Degrees is the ideal place for unique and quality burgers at budget friendly prices. Do note that if you are going for the Cheesy Mac Attack, it will only be available from 1st October to 30th November so head down today for a taste!
