Experience a specially curated 5-course Degustation by Chef Peter Kuruvita, priced at SGD168++ per person from 29 October, 6pm to 11pm at SKIRT. Enjoy food such as Salad of Octopus on Toast with Jamon Crumbs to Slow-cooked Sri Lankan Lamb Shank, and end-off the night on a sweet note with Curds and Treacle, one of Sri Lankan’s most popular and well known traditional yoghurt desserts.
On 30 and 31 October, 6:00pm to 11:30pm, feast your heart’s content with a gastronomic spread of Sri Lankan flavours at a price of SGD85++, featuring six live cooking stations with an array of selections served in a combination of curries, spices, rice and coconut.
