Lunar Celebrations at OSCAR’S
Special Lunar New Year dishes will take centerstage at Oscar’s buffet lines. Tuck into a sumptuous feast with highlights including Yu Sheng, Twice-cooked Pork Belly, Roast US Maple Duck, as well as sweet Pan-fried Nian Gao with mandarin orange compote and gula Melaka syrup.
Welcome the Year of the Dog, with an additional outdoor BBQ station. Watch chefs in action as they prepare fresh bamboo lobsters and premium cuts of beef on the hot grill, paired with familiar Asian sauces. BBQ Station is available for dinner on 15 February 2018 only.
