Popular Western diner, The Rotisserie Chicken and Gourmet Salads, has launched its fourth and largest outlet at Claymore Connect Mall.
Once privy largely to the executive crowd with its locations in the CBD hotspots at China Square Food Centre, Marina Bay Link Mall and CityLink Mall, The Rotisserie is now accessible to shoppers and residents in the Orchard enclave.
Established in November 2010, the laidback, quick serve restaurant has since garnered a loyal following of discerning customers with an appetite for quality Western comfort food at wallet-friendly prices.
Signature menu items include the succulent Rotisserie Chicken served with a side of hot chips, vegetables or salad ($12.50), the mouthwatering Black Angus Beef Burger (S$14) and a selection of fresh gourmet salads ($10).
Chic Ambience, All-Day Breakfast
The new Rotisserie at Claymore Connect takes casual dining to a new level. With its spacious interiors, spanning 2,800 sq. ft, the restaurant seats up to 80 guests comfortably.
Exuding a chic, modern vibe, customers can choose from its cosy sofa corners for intimate conversations, booth table seating when dining with friends and family, or a contemplative moment at the Illy coffee/bar counter.
Besides a wide selection of lunch and dinner options, diners at Claymore Connect can enjoy a selection of delicious all-day breakfast choices (all-day availability exclusive to this outlet).
Served from 7.30am, they include items such as Sourdough Toasts, Plain/Sesame Bagels with/without Cream Cheese, Ham and Cheese Toasties/Croissant, Eggs Benedict, BLT, Breakfast Rosti, Aussie Breakfast (choice of eggs and 3 sides), Panini, Fresh Fruit, Yoghurt and Toasted Muesli Parfait.
Attributing food quality and reasonable pricing as the winning formula to the success of his restaurant chain, founder, Jason Pope, shares, “We aim to grow The Rotisserie brand to include 20 outlets over the next three years. We will be launching another outlet at Suntec City Mall in December 2015.”
The Australian F&B veteran also owns Dallas Restaurant & Bar, which opened its second outlet (in October 2015) at Suntec City Sky Garden. Its first outlet is located at Boat Quay.
