The restaurant space is designed to be an immersive experience, reflecting Coach’s vision of Expressive Luxury, community, and authentic self-expression. It transforms a space overlooking Jewel’s iconic Rain Vortex into a stage for New York City spirit, featuring striking architectural gestures, warm archival hues, and signature Coach details. Guests are greeted by a full-size iconic yellow taxi cab suspended overhead and can dine in cozy leather nooks. The Coach culture is woven into every detail, from menu covers and aprons crafted with glovetanned leather to plateware inspired by Coach collections.
At the heart of The Coach Restaurant is an open woodfire kitchen, offering a welcoming and vibrant dining experience helmed by Head Chef Kurt Sombero.
