SINGAPORE – RIMOWA launched the latest edition of its Essential Collection, a refined exploration of colour that celebrates the unexpected beauty of contrasts. Featuring two bold new shades, Nautical and Ginger, this collection blends the brand’s signature craftsmanship with a fresh perspective on colour. Nautical, a rich midnight blue inspired by Scandinavian waters, and Ginger, a sophisticated yellow recalling Copenhagen’s historic charm, offer a dynamic interplay that reflects RIMOWA’s innovative approach to design.
To further elevate the collection, RIMOWA has partnered with British artist Ptolemy Mann, renowned for her mastery of colour, to create a limited-edition series of RIMOWA Essential Cabin Threshold cases. Available in Nautical, the suitcase features Mann’s distinctive brushstroke design from her ‘Threshold’ series. Only 1000 numbered pieces will be produced, each combining artistry and functionality in a unique and striking way. The intricate design flows seamlessly from the exterior to the interior, where the Flex Divider is also adorned with Mann’s signature brushstrokes, offering an immersive artistic experience for every traveller.
Starting 28 November, 2024, the RIMOWA Essential Cabin in Nautical or Ginger (SGD$1,260), the RIMOWA Essential Check-In L in Nautical or Ginger (SGD$1,590), the RIMOWA Essential Trunk Plus in Nautical or Ginger (SGD$2,010), the RIMOWA Essential Cabin Threshold (SGD$2,020), the RIMOWA Cabin Luggage Harness Nautical (SGD$760) and the RIMOWA Toiletry Pouch Trifold Nautical (SGD$350), will be available in stores and online at RIMOWA.com.
