Edge presents a specially curated heritage dinner, showcasing an extensive variety of over 20 heritage dishes including Otak Otak Fried Rice, White Salmon Tandoori and Nyonya Style Curry Chicken in celebration of the Nation’s 52nd birthday.
Other than a wide range of local favourites available, diners can continue to savour a variety of cuisines including Japanes, Javanese, Indian and Peranakan and still look forward to the comprehensive array of the finest crustacean on ice. Perennial favourites such as Singapore Chilli Crab with Golden Mantou, Nyonya King Prawn Laksa and Signature Nandu Crab Biryani will also be available throughout the heritage dinner buffet.
Complete your meal with modern interpretations of local desserts, specially prepared by Pastry Chef Eddy Yau, such as Gula Melaka Chiffon Cake and Durian Banana Caramelised Chocolate Cake.
