From 8 July 2015, all Jetstar Asia flights will arrive and depart from the KLIA2 terminal at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia.
KLIA2 is located less than two kilometres away from the KLIA Main Terminal and is accessible from KL Sentral via the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit.
There is no change in the flight schedule, ground handler, check-in facilities or check-in timings. However, passengers transferring between KLIA Main terminal and KLIA2 will need to clear immigration and collect their checked bags before they can transfer to their next flight.
Passengers are advised to check in at the airport at least two hours before departure and are reminded to allow ample time for their local transfers to and from the KLIA airport.
Passengers booked to travel between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur on and after 2 June will receive an updated email itinerary to reflect the location of the new airport.
The straight-to-gate web check-in services will continue to be available to passengers in the new terminal.
