In a bid to promote healthy living and mental wellness amongst the working population in the CBD, One Raffles Place will be partnering with the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) in the Healthy Workplace Ecosystem initiative from the month of April. Targeting Professionals, Managers, Executives and Businessmen (PMEBs) working in the vicinity of One Raffles Place, the Healthy Workplace Ecosystem allows them to have easy access to a broad range of healthy lifestyle activities.

Working professionals can expect exhilarating workout sessions such as Trampoline Fitness sessions choreographed to energetic music. Trampolining aims to improve balance and coordination skills. Those looking to advance their strength and cardiovascular ability can look forward to Fitness Bootcamp sessions as well.
With mental health issues becoming more prevalent among Singaporeans1, it is important to ensure that every working professional’s mental well-being is cared for. Individuals within the CBD can look forward to attending a seminar on resilience building to learn how to cope with challenges. A nutrition seminar will also be held for participants to pick up tips on leading a healthier lifestyle. Art activity workshops such as Paper Quilling and Zentangle drawing will also be held. Studies have shown that these activities not only provide a positive impact on mental well-being, but also boosts one’s productivity at work.
