Food Review: Sofitel Sentosa Sunday Brunch

SingaporeGlorious food and champagne ! and in abundance are made available for guests at Sofitel Sentosa for the Sunday Brunch. With over 20 selections of fresh seafood featuring shucked oysters, Boston lobsters, prawns and more.

Dreamy Le Petit Prince & Princess Corner with over 15 yummy treats for your children. Finally, enjoy a relaxing stroll with complimentary access to Tanjong Beach. Enveloped in greenery and complemented with a relaxed tropical ambience and enjoy free-flowing champagne. Yes, you can drink till you are drunk!

With Live Stations including Foie Gras Station, Carving Station, Waffles Station, you can be sure that meat-eaters will be belly happy. We recommend the suckling pig which was really packed with flavour and the crispy skin was amazing.

The station that we were most drawn to was the caviar bar, with three different types to try. You are free to pair it with the other seafood or make your little caviar pancake too!

Our favourite for the buffet when to the deserts, I must say that all of the desserts were really well baked and put together. Remember to save some for the stomach!

In summary, if you are looking for a relaxing place to chill and enjoy a quick getaway from the urban landscapes, Sofitel Sentosa Sunday brunch is a great way to hang out with friends and to be belly happy.
